San Antonio IMT

Terms of Use

Effective October 14, 2026 · Version v2026.10.14

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Richard Trevino ("Owner," "we," "us"), who owns and operates San Antonio IMT at www.sanantonioimt.com, its related mobile apps, and every tool, form, template and feature they provide (together, the "Service").

You must accept these Terms before using the Service. If you do not agree, do not sign in or use the Service. When these Terms change, you will be asked to accept the new version on your next sign-in, and you cannot keep using the Service until you do.

If you use the Service on behalf of an agency, department or team, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.

2. Accounts and security

3. Teams, team admins and guests

4. Ownership of the Service

The Service, including its software, code, logic, calculations, workflows, page designs, form layouts, templates, text, graphics, names and logos, is owned by Richard Trevino and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for your team's incident management work while your account is active. We keep all other rights.

Documents you generate (such as completed ICS forms) may be used and shared for your incident work. That does not give you any right to the templates, tools or logic used to make them.

5. What you may not do

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else:

  1. Copy, download, save or reproduce the Service's code, pages, scripts, logic, calculations or templates, except documents the tools generate for your own use.
  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, inspect for the purpose of copying, or try to extract how any tool works.
  3. Build, or help build, a product, website, app or spreadsheet that copies or imitates the Service or any of its tools.
  4. Scrape, crawl or use automated tools to access the Service.
  5. Share access, screenshots of tool internals, or exported templates with people outside your approved team.
  6. Get around access controls, try to reach tools or data you were not approved for, or test the Service's security without written permission.
  7. Remove copyright, version or ownership notices from the Service or its templates.
  8. Sell, rent, sublicense or resell the Service or access to it.
  9. Upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you have no right to share.

Breaking this section ends your right to use the Service immediately and may lead to legal action.

6. Not official documents — you must verify everything

7. Your data, privacy and activity logging

Your team's data stays yours. Information your team enters or uploads (incident details, rosters, equipment records, forms, drafts) belongs to your team. You give us permission to store, process, back up and display it only as needed to run the Service.

Sensitive personnel data. Some tools handle names, employee numbers and pay rates. Only upload this data if your organization allows you to. Access to it is limited by role, and users without that role see summary reports without names or employee numbers. Do not upload Social Security numbers, bank details, medical information or other data the Service does not ask for.

Activity logging. To protect the Service and its data, we record sign-ins and which tools each account opens, including date, time and account. These logs are kept for about 90 days. The Owner and authorized admins can review them.

Where data is stored. The Service is hosted on Cloudflare and stores data in the United States or wherever our hosting provider operates. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee data will never be lost or exposed.

What we will not do. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We may share it only to run the Service, when the law requires it, or to protect the Service and its users.

Records requests. If your organization is subject to public records laws, you are responsible for meeting them for the data you keep in the Service.

8. Fees and paid plans

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE OWNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, LOST PAY, COST ERRORS, OPERATIONAL DECISIONS OR INCIDENT OUTCOMES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. THE OWNER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100.

You agree to defend and indemnify the Owner against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your data, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end any account, team or tool access at any time, with or without notice, especially for a breach of Section 5. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 13 continue after your access ends.

12. Changes to these Terms or the Service

We may update these Terms and change, add or remove tools at any time. Each version of these Terms carries its own effective date. When the Terms change, you must accept the new version on your next sign-in to keep using the Service.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you agree to their jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the Owner about the Service.

14. Contact
